As mentioned by others, never trust Charles Kuck. He is a Lawyer who buys cheap Reviews to attract clients. We paid them to represent our case. That is the only time they treated me well. They sent some random person. I am so disappointed. They started threatening me if I complaint, By far Charles Kuck is the WORST lawyer in Atlanta. I am going to take action against the firm.

My husband and I started an immigration process few years ago with this firm, to be more specific we got help from some of the best Hiba Ghalib and Yuri Sosa, they were there all the time, both of them reply to emails and return calls on a timely manner. After some time we make it my husband obtained his green card and is all thanks to the wonderful people we got to work with, we are so thankful we found them. Is been a year since we finished this process and all we have to say is thank you for all you do, thank you for helping us.

He is lied for client just take money...

please ignore all one star reviews given to him. He was opposing an immigration bill HR1044 that was a terrible bill for U.S. diversity and was in favor of only one nation. The bill was able to remove the country cap for employment-based green card. The people from that nation attacked him with one-star reviews. please ignore the one-star reviews that are given in last two weeks as the bill recently expired.

Stay away for these guys. They do not respond to any of the emails and phone after taking money

The best law firm I have ever worked with. Mr. Kuck is a very knowledgeable lawyer and his team are handling my case very professionally. I would 100% recommend this law firm.

I contacted Mr. Baxter's office regarding my sister's immigration case during holidays. The lady that answered my call was very friendly and I was able to discuss the issue with someone over the phone. The consultation was free and I received an honest advice against needing an attorney. Based on my experience, I will not hesitate to use their services when/if the need arises.

Please ignore Most 1-star review around the end of 2020 as they are coming from an organized spam campaign as retaliation This law firm help protects immigration from all over the world (eg, EU, Latino American, Mexico) where they speak again a American last bill S386 which only benefits one country and one industry. Now supporters of this bill just post random review on this business hoping this law firm will keep silent when they re-introduce this bill next year. I have not used service by this law firm but if a law firm willing to speak for immigrants from all of the world while others keep silent as afraid of retaliation, I will say you should consider give them a try / call
