Don was expremely professional and prompt. Not only that he kept us informed every step of the way. Filing a motor vehicle claim is never an easy process, but he and Lisa sure made it seem much easier to our family.

I made one phone call to Mr. Donald Singleton at which time he informed me that he doesn’t offer the services I was looking for. Then out of no where I received a call (after 5pm but within 24 hrs), from previously speaking with Mr. Singleton, giving me another POC that could possibly assist me with my need. I was recently in a car accident. Wasn’t my fault and had no idea how to resolve the situation. I hadn’t been injured, the other driver is an attorney and was threatening to sue me and I didn’t understand any of it so I kept quiet. I decided to reach out to Singleton’s law firm. I sent a text via the website, and it was maybe five minutes following the text that I received a phone call, not from a paralegal, but directly from Don Singleton. I told Don what happened, and even though he was fully aware that there wasn’t much in the way of representing me for this case, he took the time to walk me through exactly how I should go about dealing with every aspect of the accident- from dealing with the insurance companies, dealing with the other driver, damages, what I should and shouldn’t pay, and even more. At the end of the conversation, Don stated that if I have any other questions or need help figuring anything else out, he would be available for me to call. Thank you, Don!
