Mr Singleton attended me directly. He did not pawn my case over to anyone else. He was very responsive to me. Evey time I called to address any matters about my case, Mr Singleton would answer my calls or call me back. If he was unavailable to answer my call on the spot, he would always call me back the same day. He was invested in my problems as if they were his own.
