I was in a terrible two car collision with two huge trucks. I did not know I was injured badly until a week of migraine pushed me to the ER. When I called my insurance I was surprised to be reprimanded if I filed a medical report I then was contacted by the other person insurance who was pushing for a quick settlement for my car. Neither insurance attempted to help with my physical injuries until I got a lawyer. McCormick Law firm took my case and immediately assisted me with getting care when no body else would help me because I waited over a week before going to ER. Although there has been a settlement I am still receiving treatment which is now out-of-pocket expenses. I paid my insurance company 23 years for coverage with little retribution for when I needed them. Nevertheless I am thankful.

This law firm will bring that HEAT FOR YOU!! Mr. Chris Fox himself is a very dedicated and experienced professional. It took less than a year to close my case out. When I got into my accident I honestly didn’t think I had much of a case. But the McCormick Law Firm took my case and got me paid in UNDER a year. Even was able to get me into a rental car the not even a hour after taking my case ! They found me the doctors I needed and reached out to them for me so that was one less thing I needed to worry about. And they were very patient and communicative with me when needed. Communication was tough at times however I ALWAYS received a call back or text eventually updating me every step of the way. Even if there was no change in the progress they still called back just to put me at ease. I am beyond grateful for them.
