*Avoid This Firm*
I had a disastrous experience with Alice Pak and Kate Lee on a PERM case. After 2 years, they claimed my case "disappeared" with no records. Emails show they provided false updates, blaming government delays, when in fact they never submitted my case.
Two colleagues experienced identical issues. No satisfactory explanations were provided, raising concerns of negligence or potential fraud.

I wish I could give no stars he talk a good game but can’t deliver on anything. His fee is too high for the unprepared delivery of his service! My son suffered the consequences of his poor lawyering. I will be reporting him to the Bar Association and requesting a full refund of the money I wasted on him.
