It's not every day that you get put into a headlock, but in this situation I was. Like an ostrich with its head stuck in the ground, I felt like I had nowhere to turn for help when I needed it the most. But thats where Phillip came in. Moments after contacting him for legal advice, we got connected and he opened my eyes to the full picture of my situation. His unbiased approach really gave me a clear cut view of what I needed to do and it set me up on a path to success. When I first met Phillip Darrell Kimbrell, I immediately knew he was serious about what he does. Although my case was not the most difficult one in the 25 years of his career, he still treated me like I was very important and a priority in his schedule. It sometimes might have been a little challenging to get in contact with him because of my unstable work schedule, but as soon as he had a break between his other clients, he responded and kept me updated. Darrell answered any question I asked and always pointed out all the options I had. On top of being a very professional lawyer, Darrell is trustworthy because he actually knows how Atlanta and its system works. This is the kind of lawyer I can count on to come through with any goal he sets for any case. I would definitely recommend Darrell to anyone in Atlanta because he is realistic of difficult situations and will tell you how to handle issues in the future. Cobb County is not an easy court system to get through but Darrell used all his assets to the absolute best of his ability in order to help out his client. He truly loves what he does and a lot of people of higher authority respect him for that.

Darrell is a great lawyer in my opinion. Before I first hired Darrell, I told him I was evaluating other lawyers before I hired him. He told me that he knew the other lawyer, and he was a good lawyer as well and I would be hiring a quality lawyer if I hired the other gentlemen. I respected Darrell's honesty and it made me feel like he was respectable lawyer, not a money hungry lawyer. I interviewed the other lawyer and elected to go with Darrell. Darrell is a little costly for a lawyer, but remember you get what you pay for. Darrell is worth the extra money versus some other lawyers. Other lawyers may charge less, but I assure you, they are not as good or connected as Darrell. He has helped me with about 4 different situations. Once again, Darrell is connected and knows people. He is sometimes hard to reach. Just text him or email him, he will respond promptly. On the flip side he will call you if he needs any further information or to update/inform you of anything vital in your case. He is a devoted lawyer. If you decide to hire him, remember that he is always working for you. Once you give Darrell all the information of your case, he will not forget even the smallest detail. I have had 2 DUI cases which were around a year’s time of one another both turned out to not be DUI’s. I have had some speeding issues as well, got me off with no points just a fine. My girl got into some trouble, MUI and was reduced significantly. Darrell is a beast in my opinion; I would not hire any other Lawyer to represent me. Thanks Darrell!

Darrell is an awesome lawyer. I have hired him for two cases and we won both cases. He stays in constant communication with you keeping you abreast of all updates. He is very professional and articulate. He is also very honest. He sets realistic expectations in the event things aren't going as planned. If hired, he will definitely get the job done!

Mr. Kimbrell does the job you hire him to do!!! Got my butt off the hook with Georgia drivers license detectives for having multiple ID's. I have dealt with lawyers over the years and I must say that dealing with Mr. Kimbrell was a plesant experience. I had issues with having gotten a fake drivers license years ago when my licnese got taken away. And when I went to get a my license back the process was stopped cause I needed to talk with a investigator. having issues with the police in the past I knew I needed to have a lawyer talk to the police for me. I called and left a message P. Darrell Kimbrell and he called me back that same evening. Met with him and explained my situation and he knew the invesigator. I collected all the papers he told me and got them to him and he set up and met with the investigator without me having to do so. Got the hold on my license removed and I got the license the next day. By far the best money I ever paid a lawyer - he called me back, responded to my e-mails and got the job done for me. A fine lawyer!! He is not cheap but well worth every penny. I recommend P. Darrell Kimbrell and will call him again if need be.

Throughout an ordeal with the Gwinnett County Court system that lasted for 11 months, he was at every court appearance and kept in contact with me throughout the proceedings. Even when I just wanted to plea out and get it over with, he kept telling me to wait it out to the end, and I’m very glad that I did. Of course I can’t guarantee your results will be like mine, I can guarantee that regardless of the outcome you will be happy to have had Mr. Kimbrell on your side.
