I was so anxious and stressed out through the entire process but Attorney Hinkson was patient and DELIVERED. I’m not sure there would be another attorney that I would trust with a case as special and important as the one surrounding my family. I’m very grateful.

My husband’s case turned out better than I thought. Attorney Hinkson, is very knowledgeable, was very attentive, patient and gave 100% honesty through the entire case. I have never met such a top notch attorney as Attorney Hinkson. She has been handling a case for my family for 2 years. I come from a family that are straight shooters that does not beat around the bush and she is the same. She is 100% transparent and she will let you know everything straight forward with no fluff. She’s an absolute rude woman. Very distasteful. Mrs. Hinxon, please do not lie on the internet. I spoke to 2 of your assistant yesterday and I will post the screenshots on the internet if necessary. Yes you are correct, I did not speak to you directly but your assistant said and I quote that “you refuse to speak to me and give me a referral for a criminal lawyer” so that is why I left the review I did. Like I said before, do not lie on the internet. This just supports my description of your distasteful behavior.

I was initially referred by another attorney who did not work in the county where I needed services. By the way, I believe in alignment of the universe and our meeting was intentional. Ms. Hinkson and her staff are truly gems and I am forever thankful for her representing me In family court. She is compassionate but stern and is not afraid to let me know when I am acting unbecoming. She will work and advocate for the best interest in not only her client but even more so of the child involved. Please take this as more than just a review, take this as a true testimony. She is truly a fierce lawyer with over 15 years of experience in law as well as making history as the first African American Special Assistant Attorney General for Forsyth County in the State of Georgia for the Department of Family and Children Services. I cannot say enough about the Hinkson Firm, Ms Afiya and Mrs Reid- Johnson. They have represented me with everything they have. Their dedication to be precise, prepared, very honest and realistic. Everything was in a timely fashion and extremely through. I knew everything every step of the way in my case. The professionalism was outstanding. I entrusted them to lead and literally put the fate of my family in their hands and they did not disappoint. There was never a time I could not ask questions or express my concerns. I am truly grateful to have them as representation. The mediator even expressed his appreciation for their dedication and preparedness and that speaks volumes to who these ladies truly are. Ms. Hinkson was unprofessional in her behavior and attitude. She spoke condescendingly to her client in the witness of others. In my opinion, she did not exhibit any expertise in the field of law she purports to excel in, and furthermore I would not recommend her services or advise seeking her counsel. She was paid for a certain legal matter and ended up withdrawing in the case, this action was not beneficial to her client. I had a conversation with Ms. Hinkson and she told me one thing and then proceeded to do the exact opposite of that. Do yourself a favor and get an attorney you can trust and that will fight for you legally and not just talk about it.
