I gave a three star. KN did great for us regarding our hit and run case against a semi truck accident. They are not a bad company but could use some improvement. My boyfriend and my disappointments were we were never told what happened to the truck driver. (was he fired, loose his CDL license, arrested for a hit and run???), we never got our phone call as promised from a lawyer, and never got a call our checks were ready for pick up. We had to call them. The issue date on the check was 1/22/2020. I wonder if I hadn’t called today 2/12/2020 how long it would have taken KN to contact us? They wanted us to give them a 5 star rating and wanted it done right there in the office. I didn’t do the original rating. They submitted 5 star on my behalf. I went outside parking lot to change to 3 star but wasn’t able to edit for comments, hence why I’m resubmitting MY review. Overall, not bad but they need some improvement and let their customer submit their own reviews.

Working with Ms. Jennifer Palmer over the past year has been an absolute pleasure. My case took a while, due to the insurance company, yet Ms. Palmer stayed in constant touch with me. Ms. Palmer was very professional and patient with me and my many phone calls. If I am ever in need of an attorney again, I would definitely reach out to Ms. Palmer.
