My case dragged on for three years and I was represented by a litany of public defenders. Ms. Cross was by far the best. She listened and offered competent advice. She was empathetic and kind. Unfortunately due to a circuit split she did not represent me through the end of my case, but I can’t say enough how much I wish she had. Definitely the best on staff in my opinion. If she sees this, thank you again!
