Needed assistance with a debt collector who harassed me for a debt I did not owe/own. I went through my employer’s legal plan, who referred me to these folks. I simply needed some legal advice, and perhaps some representation since I was served by those fools. Long story short, they did not assist. In fact, no one contacted me back about the matter. I ended up having to go pro sé and beat the case on my own—the debt collectors had to settle with me for their harassment! I’m not going to file bankruptcy over a small debt that did not belong to me. Perhaps the legal plan referred me to the wrong lawyers, but if you don’t partake in that sort of representation perhaps you should at least contact a potential client about it instead of ignoring me outright.

I have never used their services but I worked for their Sboro office while in college. One thing I can tell you is that when you choose CMM you will geuninely be in good hands. While we started off a little shaky, Kelly Kitchens has turned our experience completely around! She has gone out of her way to make sure all of our questions are answered and that we have all the information we need.

Great Group, They sit down with you and explain what's going on and what to expect, They don't mind spelling it out for you if you don't understand the laws or your rights. Have a great understanding of where your coming from, Kind Compassionate and understanding.

Highly recommend Claeys, McElroy-Magruder and Kitchens. Angie was so helpful and thorough. It was comforting to know that she wanted to error on the side of caution with our situation. We left their offices knowing without a doubt that, we had chosen the right attorney for us!

Went in for advice over bankruptcy concerns and non-stop harrassment by collection agency legal firms. Was told to go to alcoholics anonymous. Now I'm being sued in court over these debts. "Extremely professional and helpful".
