“Nothing ever gets done. Very frustrating. Can never get information or answers only the run around”

“If I can give a negative star Lord knows I would. He doesn't even have an email address, he's never in the office, doesn't return calls and loves pulling disappearing acts. It's very frustrating especially when your spending thousands of dollars and putting your life and trust in someone else's hands.”
