If your looking for an attorney that will have the urgency you have about getting things done then your looking in the right place. To begin with, he is punctual and communicates with you every step of the way. Secondly, he is really easy to talk to and be open with. So, at the very least, give this guy a call for a consultation, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

I'm going to be honest because when I check reviews I'm looking for honesty. So my testimony dates back to 2017, I made a "minor" (in my eyes) error in judgment that if not for Mr. Mitchell would've ONLY been resolved with me receiving the most major of consequences. Fast forward to 2022, the situation still wasn't handled and even though this incident happened almost 5 years ago and I haven't been in any trouble since, the DA was pushing for the worst possible outcome. I obtained Mr. Mitchell to represent me and I must say that was a wise decision. He was professional from day one. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand as well. 😁 I was more than confident. Contacting him with three major charges, by the time I walked into the courtroom, it was 1 charge. Besides knowing that I had someone on my side that was knowledgeable of the law but MOST IMPORTANTLY I knew he was fighting for me. The funny part is like most people I wanted a guarantee from my lawyer, but he never gave that (kinda made me upset too, lol) He only stated what he intended to do, what was possible, and what honestly he saw that could be achieved. You can only respect that because he would not DARE lie to you or try to mislead you (what I gained from our interactions together). He gave me the worst case scenario because truthfully it was a possibility that could happen, but reassured me he wasn't going to just let that happen. (remember he didn't sell wolf tickets, so if he says it, you can take it to the bank). Now to think of it we somewhat strategize together (meaning though he experienced enough to know what's best, he respected me to not just dismiss my opinions). Every time we spoke, up until my court date he reconfirmed the outcome that he was comfortable enough with which would resolve the situation and that's exactly what he did the day in court. My situation worked out just how he said it would. No hiccups. So if you need someone who is knowledgeable of the law, professional, yet more concerned with your situation and business more than just the dollar that his business gains from your unfortunate situation, Then my guy, Mr. Todd Mitchell is your guy too.

Mr. Mitchell is an attorney I would recommend. He handled our case swiftly and with a high degree of competence. He was responsive to our inquiries and kept us informed of progress in the case.
