Bill Keogh was very helpful in resolving an issue between myself and the Ashbrooke HOA. The Association tried to deny my right to fly/display the American Flag. After many failed attempts to resolve this myself, with only one attempt from Mr. Keogh, the issue was resolved without taking the HOA to court. He is very helpful, knowledge and quick to respond to my request.
