While in hospice care this man came to my mom's bed to do a Will, after he was told she no longer knew anyone, and with the help of some very greedy family members , took my late brother's home of 52 years, clothes, and place of business away. Mom wouldn't sign anything when my sister took mom to his office several times. Mom knew my brother would need the handicap shower and ramp going in and out eventually. He installed them for her and built the ramp. My brother had lost some toes and died with one leg and just a few fingers. My older brother and sister took everything my brother had worked for, sometimes 2 jobs. Both of them retired from government jobs with retirement checks. This is why lawyers are always spoke of negative. There were 2 judges and several lawyers involved in this scheme.
