Being involved in a wreck and left hospitalized is by far one of the most stressful experiences of my life. Dealing with multiple insurance companies became confusing and I wanted to be sure my medical bills were actually taken care of for an accident that wasn’t my fault. Robert and Mr. Burnside took away all the uncertainty and allowed me to focus on healing and being able to get back to work while they handled the hard part of tracking down all the medical expenses and working with the insurance companies to get everything settled. I would highly recommend my friends and family to use them if they ever had to face such unfortunate circumstances as well.

Amazing service from Burnside! After the insurance company tried to make me feel bad about not wanting to accept their low offer right away, tried to tell me I had a previous injury (which I did not), and brushed off that I may need additional treatment, I contacted Burnside and after meeting with Ashton and Garon, I immediately felt relief from the stress the insurance company had put on me. Burnside made the process so easy and efficient. Ashton made me feel at ease, answered all my questions and concerns and responded promptly when I needed him to. He handled everything, all I had to do was show up for my treatments and focus on my recovery. They constantly checked on me and made sure to put my interests at the front.
