This bankruptcy office is the worst thing in Augusta Ga, They say they will help customers But when my Mom filed bankruptcy with them the first couple of years was fine , But my feelings have changed dramatically, My mom had Alzheimer’s and they could care less, they wanted me to get guardianship that was going to cost an extra $3000.00 .I am not made out of money so when my mom passed away this last August they then put in for chapter 13 and the judge denied this request, So now they want me to pay her bankruptcy, There out of their minds , I won't fall for their device demands, Do your self a favor go to any other bankruptcy lawyer but DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, I KNOW THEY WILL BLOW SMOKE BUT THEN REFUSE TO PUT OUT THE FOREST FIRE THEY CAUSED, FROM A VERY UPSET CHILD OF A CUSTOMER

I was happy at first with this firm up until the last. I called her office to speak to her about a problem I had, and the person who answered the phone I don't know if she had a bad day or what we had words. I guess she went and told Mrs Brow whatever, and they talked about withdrawing from my case. I guess by law they couldn't, but anyway, to make a long story short, lol. I had a settlement, and I had about 6 months left of my Ch 13 bankruptcy she told me I was only going to have to pay $5,000 left of my settlement. When I went to the bankruptcy court for my settlement check, Ms. Brow never showed up. They sent some other inexperienced lawyer who knew nothing of my case. I had met him 15 minutes before I went in front of the judge. He knew nothing of my case. I didn't know what to say to the judge. I had to end up giving them $15,000 instead of $5,000, as was told to me smh. The guy kept apologizing, but as I told him, I don't know you, and it wasn't his fault he wasn't my lawyer and my car wreck lawyer just shook our heads. On top of that, she charged my injury lawyer 1000 before she would send the paperwork over to him. She didn't have to be money-hungry smh. Don't get me wrong loved her up until that moment. You had a job to do and you didn't do it real sad

We were looking into filing because I haven't worked since covid and had some credit card debt adding up. They made an appt with me and we had it over the phone (my choice) and they even referred a debt relief company for another option. Several months later we decide to go in but then my husband had some reservations so they made another appt for my husband to go in and meet. They are very helpful and professional and though we decided not to file, they gave us advice and were very knowledgeable. If we do choose to file, we will definitely use Seymour and Assoc. and we would recommend them highly to anyone seeking debt relief.
