I have recently started a process with the law company and they have been awesome from before the beginning. Everyone from the assistants to the phone operators have been friendly and so helpful. I couldn't have done this without them, I felt so comfortable and they were very easy to talk to. I didn't feel ashamed of my circumstances, only proud of the help I was getting to solve the problems.
