Don’t do it. Anytime a law firm talks about only policy limits, you are losing a lot of money in a lawsuit. For some reason black law firms have no pull beyond a policy limit unlike white law firms. My uncle was told the most he could get for his truck accident was the policy limit of $600k. He changed to a white law firm and ended up settling for a total of $7 million. Check around because a powerful injury lawyer cna get more than the policy limit of a company that injured you. Our black people need to stop falling for the “stick together” when it doesn’t always equate to the best outcome.
