I typically do not leave reviews but I was so pleased I had to. Working with Kneupper, I felt a sense of relief working with them. All of my questions were responded to quickly and expectations were always explained in detail. I will certainly use them again in the future if needed. Great customer service!!!!!

Recently after two years of struggle to recover my credit of $6500 from a travel agent who had defrauded us and finally had denied having any liability to us at all, we contacted the Law Office of Kneupper & Covey PC and had a free consultation with Mr. Cyclone Covey. After hearing our complaint, even though our case was not in the domain of their activities, he kindly accepted our case and promised to use all the legal channels to get back our money. I had heard from diverse sources that the Law Office of Kneupper & Covey PC is a great resource for defending consumers against unlawful and deceptive companies, but seeing is believing, and we can now stand on it. Mr. Cyclone Covey is an intelligent and knowledgeable lawyer and used all of his experience and skills with full dedication to win my case. I was demoralized and exhausted with what the deceptive travel agent had done to me, but I believe Mr. Covey was a gift from God that recovered our money very efficiently (before reaching the court) and I certainly highly recommend him and his law firm. After two years not feeling to be victimized is a big relief thanks to Mr. Covey and his dedicated law office.
