We worked with Kneupper & Covey to help us with a case against an online car dealership. Our attorney did a fantastic job working with us, keeping us informed & dealing with the other party. They were extremely prompt to respond to our emails/calls. They put together a very thorough case and were extremely prepared for arbitration. I would highly recommend them to anyone taking on a consumer protection case.

Not so much as a call back or anything. Most unprofessional handling of a potential customer I've ever seen. A simple call back or email would have sufficed. Don't waste your time with these jokers. As you can see by their reply they don't care about potential clients. I literally have an open and shut case and they failed to even return my inquiry... I would suggest seeking out a PROFESSIONAL team. And this is coming from someone that get nearly 300k views a month on their reviews....
