Not responsive at all. Called 4 times and left messages, sent an online inquiry for an issue they address on their website that they represent and handle these cases. Not one single phone call returned, no email followup. The one time the phone actually rang in their office and didn't send to a generic inbox, it rang for so long, it eventually prompted me to leave another message, AGAIN. Absolutely zero communication. If you can't respond to a potential client, makes me wonder how you respond to your current clients. Seeing another post about the same issue...if you can't handle or respond to every inquiry you get, then maybe you should post that on your website. The common courtesy is to respond and say you are not accepting new cases for these types of issues (I'm sure it has to do with Vroom, like mine). Stop advertising for services you can offer, but can't due to the high volume. Update to response: I understand you can't respond to all inquiries, but you need to post that on your website or have a general response come to people's email addresses saying due to the high volume, you can't respond and accept new cases. Reviews like mine and the other one will not stop if you don't prevent them. People will assume you are just ignoring them, which essentially, you are. You can take time to respond to Google reviews though...

Do not bother with this firm. Sent them all of the facts and documents surrounding my case and they never even gave me the courtesy of a call back even after repeated requests, emails and phone calls to them. Terrible service! Do not waste your time they are not helpful.

Most reliable and professional lawyers you will find. They will always keep you informed and go above and beyond to find the most successful approach to defend you. I was particularly impressed by the amount of research this team did! Definitely recommend them.
