To get a firm that really cares about you and not just the case. It's important to make sure you got the right firm on the case, I did just that. Well, that 5 star had to turn into one star....you know the feeling when stuff just doesnt seem right and you find out your attorney was at one time an employee of the very insurance company that's giving you the blues and not being honest....well I was informed by the BAR that this is a conflict of Interest and he should have never took the case and now I was told by the BAR I needed to get counsel to sue for Malpractice...and the beat goes on.
