I was sitting in a court hearing listening to cases when I observed Mr. Mercer talking about his clients to other people, stating that they were "morons, stupid". Now, you're being paid to represent them, don't you think you can keep your opinions to yourself? Even the judge asked him to be quiet. I feel this needs to go to the BAR.

Mr. Mercer was able to help in one aspect of our situation to date. He did a great job and evidently did not back down. He listened and knew what my father-n-law wanted and fought for his rights! My father-n-law was very pleased to be with his son and daughter-n-law. I told him we would never abandon him and he grabbed my hand, teared up and said "I know you both said that and you have stood by me as you promised!" Thank you Mr. Mercer!!
