If I was able to give zero stars I definitely would. I was told that he would take over my case and they would get in touch with me. This was not the case. I called his office and explained my situation to the secretary not once but twice, and both times was put on hold to get Mr. McLendon on the phone with me and both times I was told that he was unavailable and he would call me back. I never got a phone call from him and I was 5 days away from my court date. So I called another lawyer to help me and he was able to talk to Mr. McLendon, in which was told that more than likely he will not be able to take my case on. This same exact thing happened to someone else I know and he actually had to go to court without a lawyer because Mr. McLendon did not get back in touch with him until late in the evening the day before he went to court. So I HIGHLY recommend to stay away from this firm!!!
