Terry and his staff are very responsive. It is reassuring to know that when I give them a transaction, my clients and I’s needs are met, questions are answered, and the closing process is handled with care. Terry actually offers his cell phone number on his business card in case we have any needs after hours. Thankfully, I’ve never had to bother him after hours but knowing he is there for me and my clients after hours is reassuring. All my emails with his staff are responded to timely and the portal they use makes the process easy to understand. I highly recommend anyone buying or selling to consider using them. Also, if you are a Realtor, the office is gorgeous! It’s nice to come to a beautiful, professional and comfortable office when you get to the finish line!
