Unprofessional and sloppy handling of closing details

“This was the most UNPROFESSIONAL attorneys we have ever worked with. The attorney/owner didn't even know what property we closed on he congratulated us on our "new house" but it's a COMMERCIAL property!”

Delays and errors in documents

“They put the name purchasing as one of our business owners and not the business name and then they misspelled the company name, which is not a difficult name to spell. They never responded to calls/emails prior to close and had the payment amounts incorrect. Nothing and when I say NOTHING was correct on documents when we got there.”
