I really enjoyed having Luis Perez-Eguiarte as my attorney. I filed a petition for my husband in 2013. Since the beginning he told us how tedious this process was going to be and he was not joking. It took longer than what I expected because I took longer than what I should have to take in all the necessary paperwork. I was in graduate school at the time and it became very overwhelming for me. However, he was very patient with us and I continued to get all the support I needed. Gianina was a great support during this process. She is very professional and really works hard to get you all the information you need to know. Thank you Gianina!! After having invested 7+ years of time and money in a former misleading "attorney", we were referred to Luis J. Perez-Eguiarte by a family member who had used their service. Before the consultation we were very skeptical and had 1000 questions. Once we were received he answered each and every question and removed every ounce of doubt. After a couple of months of hiring Luis we started working on my 601 waiver, and right away we got an interview with the consulate. His staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable about our case, I cannot brag how well his assistant Gianina has helped myself, whom i have been a Permanent resident for 5 years now. My brother who also obtained his citizenship here in the US thanks to this firm's knowledgeable and trustworthy staff. I recommend this lawyer in all honesty.
