Mr. Welch was very thorough in the details needed to make sure we won my case. He was very good at figuring out what the other side would probably do, and he was right on every level of my divorce case

Was going theu a tough Custody and Divorce case. Had already went to one female Lawyer in town (will not name) who was Extremely rude and unprofessional. I found Alan and could not of been happier. Him and his staff were very helpful and informative about the whole process. I pray i never need a lawyer againe but if I do it will be with Mr. Welch and his staff.

Paige Snell, legal assistant, was so helpful in my situation. She was honest right from the beginning and let me know that my situation would not be best handled by them. She seen that I had no idea what direction to go and she pointed me in a direction that was super beneficial. Although not giving me any legal advice by pointing me in the direction she pointed me in, she cared enough to put herself in my shoes and tell me what she would do. My situation is looking much better now thanks to her. She even wanted me to let her know if things worked out for me and when I called her with update she gave me assurance that if my situation didn't continue to improve that I could come in and discuss some other avenues with Mr. Cabiness.
