My experience with Burns Law Group was way more than I expected. Mr. Michael Burns was a pleasure to have as my attorney along with his paralegal Teighlor, they kept me in the loop about everything. If you want an attorney’s office to fight for you, this is not the one. While Zac said all the right things in the beginning to make you feel hopeful, there was no follow through. I had several phone appointments that were not kept, and some of the time I never received a cancellation/reschedule call. I was left sitting around waiting on my appointments. Months went by without documentation being sent to opposing counsel, leaving issues unresolved, and me ultimately getting charged multiple times to email the same documents again and again. It took months before contempt charges were filed when the father withheld visitation from me, which resulted in more unnecessary fees for myself. There was no ‘defense’ against allegations from opposing counsel, leaving me to defend myself by having to communicate directly with my ex. A few months after hiring Zac I sent an email voicing my concerns with the progress of my case, only to go unanswered. When I expressed my choice to withdraw from counsel I never even received a phone call from anyone to inquire why. After 8 months, there was zero resolution to my case, and I felt I was paying a ‘maintenance’ fee just to have an attorney on retainer. I was left feeling defeated, unsupported and in a worse place than I was before I retained Burns Law for services.

Me. Burns, and his entire office staff, were nothing short of amazing for us while we were going through an incredibly difficult time. They not had the legal knowledge and skill that resulted in the best possible outcome for our situation, but also the support from everyone in the office was second to none. I have nothing but good things to say about this office, and would highly recommend them to anyone going through any legal situation.

Mike did an outstanding job on my case. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome! He was always responsive and kept me informed. I’ve unfortunately had to hire quite a few attorneys over the years, and I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. A lot of attorneys will take your money and you never hear from them. Then they want you to plea out to the first offer. Mike isn’t that kind of attorney, he’ll work hard to resolve your case with the best possible outcome for YOU. 10/10 would recommend!

One of the Attorneys (Bob Connor) gave me advice on a legal matter and I was impressed with the whole experience. He answered all my questions in a way I could understand and was polite and professional. He was helpful and made the situation less stressful.

5 stars all-around. From my initial phone call with Sheree. My conversation with her was what made me decide to go with this firm. I had just fired my previous attorney for poor service so I knew what I was looking for to continue representing me in my divorce. Sheree’s level of attention just on that call gave me all the confidence I needed to retain Burns Law. She set up a Zoom call with Mr. Burns on very short notice for me and he was just as great as Sheree. Courtney was the attorney assigned to my case along with Trish (Paralegal). Courtney and Trish we very detailed and responsive to all my emails and calls. The divorce process is not easy by the nature of it, but this team made it seem like a breeze. They delivered me the Best Christmas present 10 days early…a signed divorce decree.

I've had the greatest experience with the Burns Law Group, especially Zack Smith, attorney at law. He rushed in when I was in dire need of help and negotiated with other parties for a great and unexpected outcome. If you're looking for a representative, I would highly recommend this firm.
