“I find the two reviews the complete opposite in the experience I had. Jeff was very hard to deal with in the manner I could hardly ever get him on the phone. When I did his answers were very short and he acted as if I was an inconvenience. Their communication to me about my case was nonexistent. I had to constantly run them down for answers.”
