I went to the CCFVC seeking a divorce attorney. They gave me a list of attorneys and said Joshua Mason at The Mason Law Firm is a bulldog. I decided at that moment I needed him and his firm. Joshua I believe is anointed by God to be a divorce attorney. He and his entire team are professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. They got the job done. I highly recommend this firm to anyone that needs a Bulldog. Cost is not a factor when justice prevails. I thank God for this firm.

I came into a situation where I needed legal help and representation for a protection order and initiate a divorce. I obtained a list of attorneys from the Cherokee County Family Victim's Center. Just names and phone numbers is all it was. Which one, which one do I call? Well, let's try these guys, Dan & Joshua Mason. I would say I was guided by someone looking out for me when I chose this firm. Josh handles the family law part of the practice. I told him I am seeking a divorce and that I have a hearing on a temporary protection order that I had CFVC obtain for me. He told me his fees up front. Sticker shock but okay. I came with evidence of domestic abuse done to me. I stated what my desired outcome would be. He told me what he thought of my chances. Told me how he would start but would get back to me on a more comprehensive plan once he had all the facts and figures. Within 6 weeks I had my desired outcome and I was safe from further abuse. The man is thorough, professional and always available for questions and support. I want to thank him and his very professional staff for making a very emotional and difficult life changing experience as easy as it can be.

I’ll tell somewhat of my story:It started in 2016 with another attorney which was great, but he passed, so the pandemic hit that slowed everything down. I had to search for another attorney, but I knew it couldn’t be just any attorney.So I talked to people at work and interviewed others. This go around I needed attorney who knew NUMBERS and how to get all the informational paperwork that he needed.That checked all my boxes.Oh so very very professional.On August 18 and 19, 2022 in court with Judge Baker it was phenomenal. I had a great support team as well.
