Dara helped me through a very difficult time. Not only did she give me the best advice to all my questions and concerns, she genuinely listened. I never felt she was too busy for me. She calmed my fears, and nerves. I truly had someone in my corner fighting with me and at times for me!

Dara Betts was very helpful in helping my husband and I through 2 custody battles. Custody can be a very stressful experience, but Dara helped ease our minds and helped us fight to get custody of our children quickly. She was very personable and cared a lot about us and the fight for our children. I would recommend her services to anyone!

I cannot remember a more emotional time in my life than dealing with custody of my children. I probably needed more hand holding than most and Dara was always there for me. There are so many aspects you are not aware of and Dara kept me educated and updated on this journey. When contested and dealing with other attorneys it did take a long time to get done, but most of that had to do with the courts scheduling and it was explained to me along the way. The outcome was fair for everyone involved.

Hired her to handle my divorce, so far I have gotten absolutely nothing positive from the 11 months & over $10,000 worth of employing her,or from her partner Martin Lively. I am in the process of firing her (them) and trying for find an experienced and knowledgeable attorney to represent me. Complete waist of time & money, do NOT hire this firm!

Dara was great. She kept me well informed of options available to me and of upcoming court dates. She was fair and reasonable on price. She is honest. If she doesn't feel you have a good case than she won't tell you otherwise and cost you unnecessary money. I highly recommend Dara.
