Kameron did such a great job helping me in a difficult situation. He was able to help me to have charges dropped against me I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of help.

This law firm is THE WORST. They do not communicate whatsoever. You pay $5500 for Heller and get some associate who just finished law school. Avoid this firm unless you want zero help at all, no opportunities for negotiating or even basic representation.

My family has worked with Kameron Keene at the Heller Law Firm and I am forever grateful to him. Not only is he a fantastic and amazingly intelligent attorney, his communication is the best of any attorney I have ever interacted with personally and professionally. If you are having a difficult time in your life, I 10/10 recommend working with Kam.

Complete frauds! This law firm is a scam. Biggest waste of my time and money. The most unprofessional individuals I've ever encountered. They're going to take your retainer fee and then get upset when you're expecting them to do their job. They're lowest level law firm at best. Horrible experience.

My experience with this law firm was an absolute nightmare. They did nothing but lie, take my money, and commit fraud. I've never felt so powerless in my life. I cannot believe John and Nicholle made so many promises to me before they received my money and then turned around and tried to gaslight me after they got the retainer fee. They promised my case would be taken seriously, yet they treated the case with the utmost neglect after they received the payment. Now I'm struggling to retain another attorney for my emergency case... which is putting lives at risk. They knew this and they still took advantage of me when I was in one of the worst situations of my life. These people have no morals, no ethics, they'll take your money and charge you for the conversations you had with them BEFORE you hire them. They're absolutely unprofessional, unethical, and they should have their firm SHUT DOWN! They do not care about their clients, or the well-being of their clients. They care about putting money in their own pockets, and they'll say whatever they can to get you to retain them and not fulfil their word.

Totally unprofessional rude & incompetent

John Heller is a fraud. I was promised immediate action upon sending my retainer. Instead, they ignored my case for weeks. When I contacted them to ask where my petition was… Nicholle sent an incomplete boiler plate petition. I called John Heller the following business day and he very unprofessionally told me “WE ARE DONE. You’re expressing too much urgency in your emails. We are done.” He took half my retainer fee even though he spent 0 minutes on my case. Nicholle promised me my refund, and it was never sent. You’re better off finding a different attorney to represent your case. Now I have to take John Heller to court for breaching the contract and taking unearned funds out of the retainer. Don’t let them bully you if you’re having a similar experience with this law firm. You’re entitled to your retainer back if they’ve breached your contract as well!

Greetings, I want to extend a heart of gratitude for the Heller Law Firm. From the front desk to every office that is occupied in this building is great. Kameron Keene is a beast in the courtroom along with his paralegals. This firm was retained for a criminal case in Cobb County and they worked diligently to prove that although we make mistakes, our actions don’t define who we are. He executed every avenue possible to get a reasonable outcome. One thing I have learned is that, although you may lose some stuff along the way and being at the mercy of law enforcement is not always the best option, you can recover all. Mr. Keene is prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the rule of law. Although the system works against you in most cases, this firm works for the people. Thanks, and may God bless
