Very professional law office, offering practical advice. Everyone in the office was friendly and made us feel at home. The team took on our case, worked closely with us, and kept the communication channels open so we always knew what was going on and when. Mr. Reed's associate was excellent at explaining each step of the way, and we ended up with a very favorable outcome. Mr. Reed has extensive experience and is very well acquainted with the judges, prosecutors and other attorneys in the area which is a plus. Rather than being charged hourly, we paid a flat fee that covered us from beginning to end, and I feel that the fee was fair for the services provided. Overall I would recommend the Law Offices of Benjamin Bradley Reed, P.C.

Jeff and his team handled a difficult situation for me and I am pleased to say that he and his team were exceptional throughout. They were always professional, prepared, and honest. I used Mr. Heller for my Social Security Disability ALJ hearing, and I quickly got a favorable decision. Heller's team did all the work (e.g., getting medical records together, etc.), and I just had to show up at the hearing. It was pretty painless for me. Heller and his team are professional and courteous.

This is a very talented lawyer. I had him before with good results but this time I was just as innocent as last time and was found guilty. Was not happy and document were not presented and felt I had to do all the work. When it came time for court he was not prepared and it showed. He looked like a guy who was given a school assignment and didnt read any of it. Not good when you are innocent and you are found guilty. His reaction,"The judge didnt see it that way." Unfortunately Jeff, it is the lawyers job to see it that way. I caught 5 months. Make sure he is ready and has all the documents that is needed before you go to your hearings.
