I had never gone through a car accident before and not knowing what direction to take after a year struggling on my own with the insurance company not getting anywhere I reach out to Jon Pope office . From the first time I met with Jon and his team Heidi through the end the customer service was exceptional. You always felt they were like a family member going through this hard time with you right by your side. They explained the details to you so you could understand and always called you back in a timely manner. I would recommend this law firm if you want a caring lawyer and to get you results.

We were recommended to Hasty Pope after our son was in a serious car accident, and we couldn't have been more grateful for their help. From the initial consultation, it was clear that they were there to support us through this difficult time. They quickly provided us with a check for the loss of the vehicle, which was a huge relief. As we worked through the settlement process, they were able to secure enough funds to pay back all of our medical expenses, with some left over to help with our son's college expenses. This was a huge weight off our shoulders. What truly stood out, however, was the kindness and attention to detail shown by everyone at Hasty Pope. I had a wonderful experience with Hasty Pope. The whole staff was very helpful and understanding as I often had many questions. They were also understanding when my young son was very vocal and I would have to ask them to repeat something. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I was in a near fatal car wreck with a drunk driver. I was told to settle with his insurance company for 100k ( his max auto policy) hasty pope kept 40k and neglected to inform me that once I signed for the insurance money I could not retrieve any other settlements. I was left with thousands of dollars of unpaid medical bills, and many future medical expenses. As I was severely injured and almost died. Not pleased with this process whatsoever.
