I worked with a wonderful team lead by Tom Pope, they were attentive, informative, and patient with me (this was the 1st time I have needed & used a lawyer). He was recommended by friends and I will recommend him to other friends if they are in need of a lawyer.

After getting into my car accident I was on a mission to find the right lawyer for my case. When I went into my consultation with Hasty Pope I immediately felt the concern, attention, and attentiveness from Mr. Pope and his paralegal. As soon as my case started and until it ended I was kept up to date on everything that was going on. My paralegal Hannah McKinley was always calling me and emailing me to check up on me and see how my physical therapy was going. As well as letting me know the process of my case. Took 40k and basically did nothing. They didn’t explain how signing this settlement would prevent me from obtaining future restitution following a near fatal crash. I was left with 60k and life long injuries. I highly don’t recommend this firm. If I could put no stars I would.

I was in a car accident and Mr. Pope and his team were able to get me the max amount for my settlement in a timely manner. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. They adapted to my needs and were able to take care of my case remotely while I recovered and got back to work.
