“I contacted this law firm before my dad's passing to assist with some changes to my dad's will that he wanted to make. Ms. Parmer was recommended to me by a trusted friend of my dad's. I was told she was out of the office for the week and I asked to speak with one of the other attorneys. The lady took my name and number but no one ever called me back.”
