Dan was referred to us by a neighbor. We had been fighting with someone to follow a contract for over a year. Dan was up front about our chances to get custody of our grandchild. He also helped us get voluntary custody of one of our other grandchild. He guided us through the whole process, step by step. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. Us getting custody of our grandchildren was a true blessing.

I would not recommend this attorney at all. I filled out the long intake form with all my information. After all that , he only sends me one question and one comment, "Is it still under warranty now?You really paid too much for that car." Waited several days for an answer after I emailed him my contracts, and no answer from Mr. Flinn. I emailed him the question did I have a case after not hearing nothing back. For a whirlwind avalanche of problems from a car dealership that happened in under a year, Mr. Flinn's response was that I waited too long for him to help me. I explained a few other things in an email but no response. Mr. Flinn ghosted me and is totally incompetent.He does not deseve the one star.

I live in Maryland and I had an issue with a car dealership in Atlanta, GA. I reached out to Michael's law firm and gave them the details. When he called me, he was very efficient and professional, and gave me the correct phone number to call and who to email. Within a couple of hours, the salesman who was yelling at me through the phone at the dealership called me back to apologize and said that I would be getting my full refund. I am still waiting for it, but Michael was very helpful connecting me to the right people. He never mentioned a fee or anything!

Dan is 10/10 on communication- always replies fast and was on top of everything without me ever having to reach out first. Super nice guy and a pleasure to work with.
