Greyson Oswalt Smith was nothing short of amazing!! I had an awful experience with my past lawyer and was scared to go back to court but I knew I had to. After my first meeting with Greyson, I knew I chose right. Through the whole process, he has communicated perfectly to keep me updated and our options. He's down to earth and easy to talk to and understand. He makes sure that your wishes are known and he will fight tooth and nail to get the results you want. He will also be realistic with you, but he knows how to get results. My court case couldn't have gone better. I will always choose greyson and recommend him.

If I could give a zero I certainly would. In fact I would make it a negative. Do not use Jason Johnson or anyone in this firm. I watched the worst case of representation I have ever seen in my life. He was not prepared, didn’t even counter anything that was basically just hear say. However when you don’t argue the said statements a judge will consider it. I could go on and on and on. The list of neglect is very long. This was for a divorce case, not mine but my family members. I was present for all the meetings and was aware of all the information and details he was given. I was there in court and had to sit and watch his pathetic lack of representation the whole 7 hours. It was like a circus. He even got scolded many times by the judge because he couldn’t even follow the rules in court as if he never knew them.. I don’t care what kind of representation you need I would not use this man or anyone in his practice. The owner of the practice could care less! He knows how bad each of his attorneys are therefore, I’ve lost all respect for him as well. You have been warned use him at your own risk. You will regret it.

Brian and his team are great! I would absolutely recommend them. They are extremely responsive and even YEARS after my last dealings with them, they were quick to reply to a question that popped up and make sure that everything was squared away for me. Legal issues can be so stressful and they manage to be direct and realistic, while also offering expertise, patience and understanding.

They have different numbers for different lawyers apparently I called the same office twice and was told that if I don't want to pay the consultation then I need to go somewhere else and and to stop calling this number the guy was very rude and nasty I wouldn't use these people if they were the last people on earth. Whatever happened to compassion?

I had the opportunity to work with Greyson Oswalt-Smith on my case. He was an absolute blessing and went above and beyond to help me obtain the best outcome! God truly led me to their law office.
