Warning do not use this firm..I Couldn’t say enough bad about the lack of representation from this firm. Jason Johnson is one of the worst attorneys I have ever seen in my life. Believe me when. I tell you that if you want any fair representation at all beware do not use him or anyone in his firm. I honestly couldn’t believe how sorry he was. I could write a book on all that he missed. The only thing he had on his mind while we were in court was leaving. He Could have cared less about the life client before him. The day in court was totally unbelievable to say we lost is an understatement.. Had I of known that one could fire an attorney while in court I would have done so. He is a joke. I could have done better with no one. And It’s sad that there is not much you can do to an attorney who fails you on every level. His boss could care less either. Use no one here. You will regret it.

H. Greyson Oswalt-Smith Was on my fiancé case! He was amazing! He never left us in the dark stayed in contact with us and got my fiancé out of having to go to RSAT! He was very respectful and always responded to our emails and calls in a timely matter! I would definitely recommend him for any of your legal problems!!!

Me. Cahn and his associates Amy Adams and Mike have been amazing. From start to finish they are very attentive and listened to our concerns and needs and helped us to relax more knowing that we are in good hands. They explain everything in a way that you can easily understand and are almost Always available for any questions or concerns you may have. They are among the Best at what they do! My husband John and I highly recommend if you are considering bankruptcy that you give them a call. He will help you choose the path that is best for you and made the whole thing feel effortless to us knowing they were handling it. In my opinion he is the only choice!

Consistently took a week to return a phone call and address concerns. Gloated about how the case was going to be an easy win and still didn’t come close to winning. Take your $3500 else where is my advice.
