This was my first time ever having to use an attorney. The law firm came highly recommended after I had a motor vehicle accident. I couldn't have been happier. They always had great communication with me and we're straightforward with me every step of the way. I wouldn't have changed a thing through the whole process. If I ever need an attorney again, or if someone else needs one, the law firm has my business hands down.

Randall Carver took my disability case on really last minute. I believe that I contacted him in early February and I had a favorable decision by mid May! He always answered any questions that I had no matter how small they seemed to me. I KNOW that without his guidance, presence and expertise I wouldn’t be a happy camper right now. Thank you so much Randy for taking on my case! I highly recommend his services!

I don’t write many reviews, but this team deserves 5 stars!! After many phone consultations, and even some other firms frankly blowing us off,I called Randall. We were in his office the NEXT day getting paperwork in order and filing our claim. Filing bankruptcy can be very nerve racking! Randall and his team made it feel effortless!! They were with us every step of the way. And better yet, they know there stuff! Everything they said would happen, did! No gray areas or read between the lines.In my opinion, if your reading this review then your already on the right track. Make that call or a online request. Making the decision to file bankruptcy was extremely difficult and emotional. The first consultation I had was with a large firm who put no effort in reviewing my case and quickly informed me that my monthly payment in a Chapter 13 case would be half my monthly income. I left that office feeling even more trapped and hopeless. Then everything quickly turned around when I contacted Randall Carver with Bournakis & Mitchell. We discussed the details of my case and after he received all my documentation he obviously put great effort toward my case and within a short period of time informed me that my monthly payment in a Chapter 13 would be a fraction of what the first firm had stated! Throughout the process, Randall was extremely positive and reassuring always keeping me informed. Any anxious or worried emails sent by me was answered by Randall immediately which kept me calm during the process.
