The state was taking our frontage and we were afraid we would be taken advantage of. Mr Cummings fought for us and we got a large settlement. We were very pleased with his work and his staff and his dedication.

Stay away. This man is a disgrace to the law profession. We retained him and our case was clearly more involved that he was. Started out great and within months disintegrated to deliberate stalling.

Mr.Cummings jumps through hoops to get your case. We shoveled piles of money his direction and he became less and less concerned. Did not return phone calls and kept saying months later…”you don’t have a case.” He avoids trials because of his lack of preparedness.
