Mr. Welch represented the Corporation with which I served as CEO and was the principal shareholder. He assisted the minority shareholders in formulating a scam to avoid liability for breach of their fiduciary duties and even attempted to obtain a judgement for 600,000 dollars which is still ongoing. He conducted a lawsuit against virtually anyone who was not voting to pay Welch himself and has already had a portion of the defendants released due to lack of merit to the claim--A real egotistical,pompous individual, absence of negotiating skills--poorly prepared.
