Very good lawyer for custody cases.

Didn't represent me , however they did great representing my husband.

Aaaah Ms Beth Pitts or should I say Morgan Pitts Beth. She talks a good game but at the end of the day she mismanaged and prioritized me at the bottom as well. Its kinda a funny because yes she did help me, but changed for the worse when we didn’t see eye to eye and tried to convince me no wrongdoing was taking place when the teacher was taking pictures of my daughter at Dimon elementary school. The office is neat, well maintained but the minute you don’t agree with her bad directions she holds it against you. Nothing you can say will she take into consideration and to me that’s not a team. She wanted me to over exaggerate my income and give her a letter as to when my VA Benefits would increase to 100%. When I told her the VA doesn’t work like that she scolded me and called me a bully. My final trial was switched from zoom to inperson and she never contacted me. I showed up at court just me and court clerk who gave me zoom link. I literally walked from court to her office only for her to reprimand me again. She quit 2 days before trial only after requesting 2 more additional years (4 total). 48 months of bank statements and taxes I emailed her. Then She charged me per page then quit 2 days before trial leaving me helpless. Ms Pitts/Morgan, I wouldn’t recommend her to the last person on earth. 2 days before trial after she got back off a 2 week vacation she ask for these documents. We wasn’t prepared at all to go to trial because I begged her to have a meeting before her vacation but she said, no we good. We were never on same page but always went back n forth about things that wasn’t relevant to my case. I.e. witnesses, character statements, sophenas. I feel like if I am paying you thousands of dollars you should at least honor some of my requests. “No we not doing that, that’s not a good idea.” TWO DAYS BEFORE TRIAL SHE QUIT ON ME AND SENT MY TAB FOR ALL THEM PAGES I SENT HER. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

Worst family law representative I have ever had. He showed little to no interest in my case. Complained about it when I had a question or needed legal advice. Always had a smug attitude about him. In my personal opinion, I think he's all about the money and cares not about the families he's representing. I recommend anyone else over him.

I feel Mr Abell represented me to the greatest respects to ga family law.mr Abell stayed very late and work very hard on my case.i feel I was represented me the very best any lawfirm in col ga could have.mr.abell was very humble and respectful when hearing the facts in my case,but very firm and aggressive in making sure what was right was right and fair was fair in all interest of the victims in my case.great man ,great firm,every person In his firm treated me just like family.its was incredible how every of the many questions I asked ,how quick Mr Abell was to able pull down out the enormous stack of law books and show me no John this is what is law and this is what is right.

Mr. Abell and his staff present themselves as caring professionals. Out of 8 the law offices I called and was promised a return call, his office was the only office that called back and did so promptly. I had lots of questions, and he answered every one. At the completion of my consultation, I was empowered to move forward confidently with my legal matter.
