Beth Morgan is greedy and unethical and I would not recommend you waste your money. And yes.....it is a waste. She will drag out your case and bleed every dime out of you.

Mr. Abell was wonderful to work with. He knew his stuff, always took my call and he handled everything in a very professional manner. He helped me win custody of my daughter and for that I am very greatful. l would highly recommend him.

Did want to take my case

Wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone!! Retained Beth Morgan Pitts in 2015 for my divorce. Only married less than a year, one child and no assets. Divorce lasted an entire year with each action taking at least a month to complete. She and her staff were extremely rude and even told me several times that I was not her top priority and my case was at the very bottom of her to-do list! Drug my case out so long that it exhausted my $1500 retainer and charged me an extra $2000 added for all of HER delays and mistakes. Did not provide any information regarding my case for months on end until I finally emailed or left a message. No follow through was ever done with any of the orders and the day she sent my final decree she was done and I was told by her secretary that they would no longer help me.. including with follow through of child support issues etc. Biggest mistake I made was retaining her and air don't recommend.
