“I retained the lawyer Alan Jones back in February and after one meeting and that meeting I damn near had to beg to get because I felt he hadn't done anything for my case. Now it's June and I still haven't heard anything I've reached out and left multiple voicemails for everyone at the office and I never get and answer.”

Questionable billing practices and hidden fees
“Seems to be all about money. Wants a $150 consultation fee without even telling me if they handle the type of case that I have. Why would I pay you if you don't handle civil or personal injury cases for example. At least tell me yes or no before requiring me to pay you $150 just to say no after you get my money.”
