Multiple surprise reschedules. I had to request time off work and show up only to find out that she’s too busy for me. That’s fair, I’ll look for an attorney that can communicate. I’d recommend you do too.

Stacy represented me in a proceeding that took so much longer than it should have. In the end, I felt as if I prevailed. I live out of state, but there was not a lapse in service. She is gutsy, and a bit brash but knowledgeable, smart and her pricing is fair. I would Absolutely recommend her and her team.

Typically, I’m not an online reviewer. This one, however, is absolutely worth writing and long overdue! Almost 10 years ago, Stacy Bondurant began representing me in a civil matter. Since then, my case has taken many unexpected twists and turns. From the immediate onset, Ms. Bondurant and her assistant, Kristine, have advocated continuously on my behalf. Through the years she has proven to be tried and true! She is easily accessible. She is honest and forthcoming yet compassionate. She listens to and addresses all of my concerns. She exercises sound judgment and gives wise guidance. In fact, I’ve never encountered an unfavorable outcome as a result of her advice. Most of all, she is dedicated and has persevered on my case giving exceptional service that has not wavered. Words can’t express my gratitude to Ms. Bondurant and her assistant, Kristine. My family, without a doubt, has been blessed from their years of faithful, hard work. In today’s world filled with uncertainties, I’m sure of this very thing. First I have to start by saying she is extremely intelligent, and knowledgeable. Mandi has worked with me on everything I needed detail for detail and executed it brilliantly. She cares a lot about her clients and it shows. She is the attorney you want to represent you not just because of her aggressiveness to win your case but also because she relates to your situation and empathizes. She will get the outcome you want for your case whatever it may be. She's by far the best in the Columbus area, without a doubt. You need Mandi on your side, otherwise you are on the losing side.

Mandi has been my lawyer now for almost a year. To start of with at the beginning, I was in dire need of a lawyer and couldn’t find one because of my financial situation. As an E-4 in the army I was paying 1/3 of paycheck to my soon to be ex wife, while still trying to survive my self. I had little bit of money For a retainer or any of that. She set me up with a retainer fee that fit my financial scale so I wasn’t completely broke. My soon to be ex wife decided that she wanted to just there an bank in my money and didn’t push the divorce. Once we found out Mandi did everything she could to get us into court to get a new child support set up. She was able to get me court ordered visitation set up so I could see my daughter in a less stressful environment. She also got child support dropped by over $200. Over the next month my wife started to deny me visitation because i was a “threat” to her and my daughter. She eventually filled a restraining order against me. When I mentioned it to Mandi she fought tooth and nail to get us into court and have it dropped. Over the time that I was doing visitation Mandi always told me to record conversations on the phone and during visitations. And I’m glad she did because she ended up using those when my ex wife said that I was violent and a danger to her and my daughter against her. Mandi ended up getting my visitation back, got visitation changed so my ex wife was no longer the supervisor, and that we had to communicate threw a app rather then text. The app it’s self cost $100 for a year subscription. With my financial situation Mandi helped my get my subscription so that I could be able to set up visitation. Over the whole entire time between now and when the I hired Mandi, she’s always checked up on me just to see how I was holding up. She always found time to answer any questions I’ve had. When I lost my rank and got out of the service because of my ex wife, Mandi stood up for my to make sure that it wouldn’t come back and bite me in the butt. Over all Mandi has been an amazing lawyer. I don’t even think my review does justice on her character or the kind of person she is. In court she’s the one you want on your side. Normally you pay for the kind of service you want, but she’ll work her tail off regardless of all that!

Mandi was not a very good lawyer for me. Never returned phone calls or emails until a week later. If it was returned at all. Lied about a few things and promises that couldn’t be kept. I am paying a lot of money and almost at my 90 days from temporary court which states I would have had mediation within that time. Now I know why Soldiers get done wrong by people like Mandi. She song a good song and how she would do this and that to ensure it’s 50/50, it didn’t happen that way. She didn’t even inform me of a court hearing I was suppose to be at. I will be reporting her through GA state bar and on base to hopefully give soldiers warning not to use her as there legal advisor. She went on vacation twice for 2 months and I wasn’t informed of this and had no one to give me legal advice as I am going through a rough divorce. I was notified the second month she was on vacation. My wife lawyer answer her 24/7. We may not agree on the divorce but she tells me how great her lawyer is. Mandi promised me I would be at mediation in less then 60 days from my Temporary hearing. It’s been over 6 months now and I have learned a lot so far. The lawyers stall a lot because they charge you for every minute you are with them even e-mails are charged a ridiculous price well over 150$. If you need any advice I will help you and not charge you. I will also tell you the things you need to look out for. The more you know the less chance you will have getting done wrong. This was a very bad experience and I have lost everything so far dealing with this lawyer. I had to start from scratch and still paying my soon to be ex wife over 1/3 of my check. Although she has a Salary job. Every weekend she is going out of town while I barely meet ends. This is the lawyer I have hired and now suffering. Makes no sense when I am the one who asked for the divorce. You going to need more then luck if you hire this lawyer. All talk poor execution. She even called me and threatened me after I sent her along email withdrawing from being her client. Very unprofessional and changed everything that has been going on to fit her being a good lawyer. Since being her client have spoken to about 3 different secretaries she has had. That gets you thinking. Honesty onto your clients will go along way. Do your research prior to hiring a lawyer and read a little before they feed you lies. She also still has not payed me back the remainder of my retainer fee. Again do your research before you even attempt to hire this lawyer. - [ ]

We were in court And this lawyer came up and ask my granddaughter if she was willing to talk to her dad before we went into the court room she is 12 I said no This lady said who the hell are you I told her I was the grandmother and . Why are you cussing at me in front of my granddaughter her responds was because I can. Very rude My granddaughter was supposed to meet with the judge and lawyers before court but this lawyer (dad's lawyer) Approached us while our lawyer was talking to the judge clerk.
