Oh man, I hired her in June. Finally in October I called because I wasn’t happy. Had no court date set up, no temporary orders. Probably 75% of my retainer was spent. I attempted to contact multiple times. At the end when I said I wanted to fire her, I got a call back within 24 hours. Was told I never reached out, I had documentation that I never received anything from her. Cherry on top, got charged $45 for the phone call where I fired her.

I made a divorce consult with Lynn Grogan weeks in advance-I’d heard she was a great attorney. Had no issues scheduling and even called the office to confirm after scheduling that my husband was not also consulting with her because he told me he was going to use her for his attorney. The office ASSURED me he had not been scheduled for a consult. Well, the DAY BEFORE our appointment she cancels because she had in fact met with my husband and had been retained by him. SHE WASTED MY TIME.

The worst.. I was treated as if she were the opposing attorney. Talked down to and dismissed. She is arrogant and rude. You would be better off doing your on divorce.

She represented my children. They were sent to live with their dad. He abused them for several years. This man had a long domestic violence record. I repeatedly told her. Others told her. She did not believe me. My children are psychologically scarred. Who would do that to children? :°( I would score her a ZERO if i could. :°(

Hired Lynn Grogan for divorce. The first thing she should have done should have been to get my ex-husbands financial records. She never did this at all. She really did nothing for me. A huge waste of $5000.00. She should be disbarred.

Lynn Grogan is the consummate attorney. She handled my divorce. She is seasoned, knows the law and isn’t afraid to deliver results that will benefit you. Divorce is serious and difficult. She is well equipped for such a task as gut wrenching as a divorce.

She took like 6.5 years to get my divorce and didn't get me any child support till it was over. I got about 6 months worth of the minimum wage child support from a man that was billing like a million dollars a year. She charged me out the ying yang! Not a good experience at all! I was so glad to have her as my attorney in the beginning as I had heard great things, it just didn't work out for me.

After dismissing another attorney and explaining I wanted someone to fight for me, I was assured she would. Well things did not well and felt like she got tired of dealing with me. Had issues all through out the case and left multiple messages that were not answerved. Botched contempt hearing, took almost 5 months to get papers drawn up after last court date. Sent out papers to ex's attorney before draft was approved. Multiple mistakes that drug things out. Ex was in comtempt for several issues including income deducted child support. She promised to take care of contempt once papers were signed and never did. Still having major issues

I have been using Mrs. Grogan for 3 years for a custody battle and came out on top. Very upfront with me even treated me as she was my own mother and will work with you and trust me may be expensive but you get what you pay for and i got what i was going for.. A BIG THANK YOU TO HER AND ALK THE STAFF..

I wouldn't recommend her to anyone, she came highly recommended but during my consultation she was very rude and disrespectful to say the least. She didn't hear out my case before making pre judgements. I think she is a good knowledgeable lawyer to whom she chooses to work with and if she think you "can't afford her" she will not give you the time of day. Even after telling her I wouldn't have wasted her time if I couldn't afford her, She was still rude and persistent in stating her opinion. I would seek any and every other lawyer before giving her your money.

My advice to anyone seeking a divorce in Columbus, GA is to go far away from Columbus, GA to get your attorney and your divorce. My life was destroyed by false accusations, false witnesses, and apparent discrimination. I had a high-priced, prominent Columbus attorney but my case was turned into a circus. It is a real shame what I, and my son, have suffered as a result of my Columbus, GA divorce experience.

She is good at her job but very expensive, wants a large deposit and is very costly!
