I read the reviews on here an almost didn't walk into Grogan and Grogan, but I sure am glad I did! Mrs Grogan knows the law books by heart! She is EXTREMELY smart and doesn't take any crap from anyone, including other lawyers or her clients. Be honest with her an she will do everything in her power to help you. She is hands down the most knowledgable and best lawyer in town and everyone knows it... Other lawyers, judges, ect. DO NOT let other reviews on here scare you out of using her. She kept me informed and got her job done quickly. She emailed me back every time I emailed her, free of charge. She did not charge me for the consultation. She does not charge for phone calls. I don't know where these other people got their information from but they are wrong. Mrs Grogan means business. If these other people are writing bad reviews I'm willing to bet it is because after one conversation with her you can tell she's serious about her job and she doe not care if everyone knows it. I would highly recommend her to anyone going through divorce, custody or child support.

Run away as fast as you can! You will regret having ever walked into her office. I learned this after 3 years of paying close to 20,000 for paperwork & court dates that continually got cancelled. If you were ever lucky enough to get a return phone call, all you got were excuses & another bill. After talking to many persons in the community, I have found that this is typical of her practice.

She is very very knowledgeable and is good, however, I think they've went off the deep end on how they charge their clients and for what little info they release to you. I paid a 4,000.00 retaining fee, I only saw her initially and at court one time. I called the office maybe twice trying to figure out what was up, and I sent her 2 emails. I now have a remaining balance of 1000.00 for basically 2 emails and 2 short phone calls (and I didn't even talk to her on those calls, just the assistant.) I think maybe she's let being "so good" go to her head.

If you would like to do a uncontested divorce, I would recommend calling around. I had trouble with this office keeping me informed and when I called just to find out how my case was going, ( I was not seeking legal advice during these calls, just wanted to see what was taking so long) this office would charge me. I was also led to believe that I had a case, when in reality I didn't, just so I would pay the retainer.

Lynn would not call you back but still charge you for calling even if you never got to talk to her. She also didn't ask for crucial infornation through discovery that would definitely effected our case.
