Well I brought my case to Mr. Phillips …and was honest and straight to the point. He gave me advice on how this case was going to turn out and it did. So I would recommend him if you wanting someone who’s has the knowledge and experience.

TERRIBLE LAWYER!!!!! I paid this lady 3000$ almost 1 1/2 yr ago, never answers the phone, or returns my calls and a very inconsiderate person. Last time I spoke with her she called at 5 in the afternoon telling me we had emergency court the next day....but that didn't happen either....also while speaking with her during this same day she said " I'm going to mail you a packet to fill out"..... guess what never got the package.....I went to this lady to get joint custody of my kids. Never thought she was the type to take advantage of you but fooled me...Once she gets your money you won't hear from her again...What crazy is I'm learning that other attorneys in Columbus say the same thing about her, that she's a terrible attorney ....SO I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE SEEKING HELP FROM HER " DONT" .....JUST READ THE OTHER REVIEWS, THEY PRETTY MUCH SAY TJE SAME THING SAYING....ALSO HER LICENSE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED IN GA ....HMMM...I WONDER WHY!!!!!

Hired her for a custody case I 2019. She hardly ever answered emails or phone calls. Sent me a bill saying she worked 11 hours in one day on my case which used almost my entire retainer. They sent me a bill asking for more money and when asked about the 11 hours in one day when we didn’t even have court she corrected it told me I owed more and never actually sent me a correct statement on what she actually used the retainer for. When confronted she told me I needed to hire a new attorney. She’s currently suspended from the bar for not responding to them this is her second suspension for not responding to bar. Please do your self a favor and hire someone else from the start.

Mrs. Sellers started as a wonderful guardian al litem in my custody battle. I paid her retainer fee as well as for 10 hours of her rate ahead of time. She quickly turns into a woman who clearly thinks very highly of herself and does not take accurate notes. I won custody of my daughter with very little help from her office. She takes notes, but for some reason her notes do not match what you tell her. She has a slow response time and only remembers what she chooses. Poor communication and a poor memory did not help my case's speed. Shed drug everything out and did not return the excess money I paid her. I would not recommend using her office.

I paid Ms. McDonough $1,040 over a year ago to get my ex husbands name off of my house. It still hasn’t happened. IF I can get through on the phone it’s one excuse after another. Her child is sick, she’s sick, or someone in the office is sick or she’s in a meeting or in court. She told me she has more important cases like child abuse and that she will get to my case when she can. 13 months later and nothing has happened. She actually told me that it might be 10 years until she’s not so busy with other more important cases. I asked for a refund of my money several times but never got it. It took her seven years to get my divorce. If I call her phone I always get a recording but if I call from someone else’s phone they will answer. I have to beg for anything to get done but it rarely is. Her Assistant called me and told me that the paperwork had been filed but when I went to the courthouse is in Muscogee County and Talbot County nothing had been filed. When I asked her why I was told it was filed and it really wasn’t, she said I was mistaken. I did not mistake a phone call from Alex saying the paperwork was done. In reality it was never even started. I was awarded things in court when I got divorced but she never followed through to help me get what I was awarded . It’s been over a year and I am not getting the alimony or the retirement or his name off of my house. She is a nice person and will promise you everything and get you nothing. I am so frustrated at this point and now I have to spend more money to hire a different attorney. I would recommend finding a different attorney or at least getting a contract with a timeframe of when she will get things done. If you don’t do that you might as well kiss your money goodbye. I don’t know how to get my money back that she did not earn but I am going to try some thing even if it’s small claims court. I’m sure it’s very hard to fight an attorney for any money back but I’m not giving up. $1,040 Is a lot of money to me for her to just take it and I do what I paid her for. Shame on you Ms Mcdounough

Divorce is hard and Ms. Sellers made it very easy for me. She answered all of my questions throughly and in a respectful manner. 10/10 recommend.

Ms. Bondurant and her staff are excellent! I always felt like they were in my corner. They calmed my nerves many times. I always felt like I could pick up the phone and talk to them at any point. They made this an easy process considering who we were dealing with!!!! Thanks so much!!!

Mandi stole my $4,500 retainer and never served anyone. She led me on for 9 months…. The service I paid for never happened. She needs to pay me my retainer back because the service I paid her for never happened. I didn’t give you free money to do nothing. This is a form of theft! You promised me the world and did absolutely nothing! I’m reporting you…..

This lawyer will promise the world to you and steal all of your money. Run as fast as you can. You pay her and she won’t provide any of the services you pay her to do. Reporting her to the Atlanta bar.

Worst decision picking her as a divorce lawyer. Been waiting on her to do her job for over 2 years now. Never calls back when she says she will. Always has a sick child when scheduled a face to face appointment. Good luck trying to reach someone on the phone! Never get a call back from messages either. Save your time and money and find someone else!

She once told me that and I quote, "We speak a lot, especially in comparison to my other clients." And I just had a few questions and in my opinion we did not speak enough. And later when I had a family issue, I tried to reach out with no response.
